Welcome to Image One Technologies

The newsletter/mail application designed by Image One Technologies allows the user to create professional looking e-mail newsletters and correspondence from any computer with an internet connection.

Opt Out Feature - In today’s world, the worst nightmare for any company is the dreaded Black Listing. Black Listing occurs when e-mails from your mail server are sent to individuals who have not requested the information. These e-mails are commonly referred to as SPAM. If enough individuals report your e-mails to a service provider as SPAM, the service provider will place you on what is called the “Black List”. Once you are listed on the Black List, all e-mails sent from your mail filter will be flagged as SPAM and will more than likely not be delivered. To help protect you from Black Listing, Image One Technologies has created an opt-out feature which allows individuals receiving your e-mails to click on a link to remove them from the mailing list. When they click on this link, their name and e-mail address will automatically remove them from your mailing list without having to do anything!

Multiple Mailing Lists - When sending a mass mailing via e-mail, users are usually forced into typing out each e-mail address that they want to send to, which can lead to misspellings, improper addresses, not to mention the amount of time spent typing them all in. With the Newsletter Mail Application, you only need to enter the information once into the database, and the application will store them for you. This application also allows the user to create and maintain multiple mailing lists for a variety of uses. For example you might create one mailing list for all of your internal employees, one for your customers, and another for suppliers. No matter how many add dresses you have in each group, you can send to one group or all of the groups all with one click.

Sign-up form - Image One Technologies can create a custom sign-up form for your customers to sign up to receive your newsletters via e-mail. The form will gather their information including e-mail address, and enter it directly into your mailing list automatically. Images- With most basic mail systems, the only way to insert an image into an e-mail is by attaching a file to the e-mail. As many of us already know, customers very seldom open attachments over fear of computer viruses. The NewsletterlMail application allows you to fully embed images and links into the body of the e-mail. Insert photos of products, charts, advertisements, etc. easily from any computer with an internet connection.

Header graphic - Image One Technologies will work with you to create a custom header graphic for your e-mails as well. This not only adds color and style to the e-mails, but also allows you to reinforce your brand image and certify that the e-mail being sent is from your company.

Save Mailings - With the Newsletter/Mail tool you can also save previous mailings which you can easily edit and re-send. This can help you not only save time, but can also make sure that your emails are formatted the same each time you send them.
